Location: Redmond Pool & Juanita Pool (Kirkland)

Pay Rate: $20.25 - $22 per hour
Hours: Part-time, weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend mornings

• Instructor Support: Provide consistent feedback and guidance to swim instructors, helping them improve their teaching techniques and address any issues they encounter. Correct inappropriate teaching methods or behaviors as needed.
• Safety Oversight: Address safety concerns promptly, enforce pool rules and regulations, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Execute the emergency action plan effectively during emergencies, and ensure all personnel follow facility standards.
• Customer Service: Offer excellent service to patrons by handling questions and concerns via email, voicemail, and in-person interactions. Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Instructor Evaluations: Perform evaluations of swim instructors, submit relevant documentation, and ensure adherence to procedures and employment standards.
• Facility Maintenance: Handle facility maintenance duties, including cleaning, reporting faulty equipment, and addressing hazardous conditions.
• Programming Knowledge: Understand programming policies, pricing, and registration practices. Direct patrons to appropriate resources for more detailed programming information.
