Description Oakes Farms Seed to Table is growing and looking for a Juice Bar Lead to support daily operations and help deliver world-class service to our customers. The Juice Bar Lead is a hands-on, working leader responsible for supporting the Manager and helping guide the team during shifts. This role focuses on floor leadership, service excellence, and team support rather than full departmental management. The Lead serves as a role model for associates and helps ensure smooth, efficient beverage service. As a Dairy Grocery Associate, you’ll ensure product quality, proper rotation, and a clean, well-stocked department while delivering friendly, excellent customer service. “There are no strangers here, only friends we have yet to meet.” — Frank Oakes Requirements • Support daily juice bar and coffee bar operations to ensure seamless service. • Lead and support associates on shift, providing direction and assistance as needed. • Assist with training and onboarding of new juice bar or coffee bar associates. • Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. • Assist in creating daily juice bar or coffee bar menus and specials as directed by Management. • Proficiently work the cash register. • Ensure bar area follows all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and communicating needs to Management. • Ensure juice bar or coffee bar equipment is clean, stocked, and in proper working condition. • Help enforce company policies, procedures, dress code, and standards. • Act as a point of contact for associates during shifts in the absence of the Manager. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Minimum Skills and Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as a juice bar or coffee bar lead or manager, required. Ability to successfully lead, coach, train, develop and motivate a team. Ability to maintain composure, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure. Ability to make independent decisions regarding department needs and priorities. Willingness and availability to work a flexible schedule that includes: days ,nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong leadership/management skills with an ability to connect positively with Associates in a professional manner. Physical Demands: Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to the duration of a scheduled shift. Regularly required to stand and/or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift. Frequently required to bend, twist, reach, push and pull. Able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs. Able to work with a wide variety of substances without negative allergic consequences.
