Important: We are only hiring team members available year-round. We are not hiring for seasonal positions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 17 years or older
• Must commit to working year-round (no seasonal applicants)
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs
• Minimum of 15 hours per week availability
• Reliable, hard-working, and a strong communicator
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Owns a smartphone for scheduling and communication

• Greet customers and assist with orders
• Prepare smoothies, cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, and smoothie bowls
• Prep fresh fruit and help build our signature house-made bases
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed
• Ensure consistency, quality, and great presentation in all products
• Use the POS system to process payments accurately
• Communicate clearly with the team and manager
• Create a welcoming, upbeat environment for every guest
• Answer questions and share product knowledge confidently
