Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In this position, the individual will be responsible for fully supporting the Department Manager on the development of the Company goals, strategy and tactics. The most important being the ability to work with the team to assure the good execution. The individual will work with the team to fully support the company and department goals on yield, quality, and cost, utilization, productivity and cycle time. Knowledgeable in the Prober, Tester, probe card management and machine troubleshooting with any additional wafer equipment knowledge. Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronics – Computer and Information Familiar any related computerized system Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data Able to do presentation to a big group of employees Very familiar to any related Act (if any) PREFERRED: Possess a vast working knowledge in the related practices in the industry SKILLS: Able to work independently Have a good interpersonal skill Possess leadership skill to coach and guide subordinates Additional Information Sandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
