YOUR TASKS:

• You are jointly responsible for the daily management and optimization of logistics services in close cooperation with our external partners.
• You monitor KPIs such as efficiency, throughput time and quality, and support continuous improvement measures.
• You ensure that service level agreements are adhered to.
• You plan and coordinate truck transports between production plants and distribution centers.
• You schedule deliveries with freight forwarders and transport service providers.
• You maintain and update delivery schedules.
• You will assist with accurate inventory management, analyze inventory discrepancies, and implement measures to prevent overstocking and shortages.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed commercial vocational training as an industrial clerk or freight forwarding clerk, or studies with a focus on logistics or supply chain.
• Professional experience in the administrative logistics sector
• Professional experience in the planning and scheduling of logistics processes
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Understanding of goods flows, inventory management and distribution processes
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
