Are you early in your career and ready to grow within the affiliate and e-commerce ecosystem? This role is designed for a junior to intermediate professional who wants to take the next step and grow into a more strategic partnership role over time. Tasks Coordinate and respond to inbound partner communication (50–100 requests per month) Assist in CPO negotiations and budget discussions Help identify and develop new partnership opportunities Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders Support the Affiliate Partnerships Manager and Head of Affiliates with ongoing initiatives Attend selected partner events and trade shows After structured onboarding, you will gradually take ownership of your accounts and workload. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar Experience: 1+ year in a client-facing role Partnerships: Initial experience managing client or partner accounts Performance Metrics: Familiar with CPO, CTR, ROAS, AOV, CPC CRM: Experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly Languages: Fluent English and either Spanish or French required; multilingual candidates (e.g. Italian or German) are highly valued Industry Knowledge: E-commerce, PPC, or affiliate marketing (a plus) How You Work Structure. Responsibilities

The role involves coordinating and responding to partner communications, assisting with CPO negotiations and budget discussions, and identifying new partnership opportunities. Responsibilities also include preparing performance reports and supporting the Affiliate Partnerships Manager and Head of Affiliates.
