POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Account Executive to support wholesale growth and account management. This role offers hands-on experience in sales outreach, event coordination, and customer service. Key responsibilities include outbound communication to prospects and current accounts, new business development, sample distribution, and pipeline building. The Junior Account Executive will also assist in coordinating trunk events and trade show participation, provide account support for wholesale partners, and contribute to the rollout of our Loyalty Program through upselling initiatives. This is a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in regional sales and wholesale operations. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients within the fashion industry. Collaborate with the Territory Director to regularly assess shipments, orders, sales, stock levels, and merchandising. Lead sales initiatives by scheduling, managing, and executing market activities within the showroom to drive business with current clients. Focus on acquiring new clients, organizing events, reaching out to companies and organizations to enhance brand visibility, and driving marketing and sales efforts. Develop and execute strategic road travel and cost-effective plans in partnership with seasonal goals, Account Manager, and store needs. Attend and host trade shows and relevant in-season events, including regional and smaller hotel shows within your territory. Eventually, recruit and train independent Sales Consultants for potential trunk shows in our studio or local areas. Explore new business opportunities and markets for expansion and visit stores where potential engagement could lead to new openings. Continuously manage key customer accounts and ensure strong, ongoing relationships. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field. Knowledge of the regional market, including trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Knowledge industry-specific practices, products, and standards relevant to fashion. Familiarity with managing and nurturing client relationships, including key account management. Knowledge of techniques for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple tasks, projects, and priorities efficiently. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data manipulation. Proficient in Windows - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Strong sense of style and polish, with a passion for relationship-building.
