After successfully demonstrating your capabilities in this phase:

  • Transition to an Account Executive Role: Take on the responsibility of managing your own sales pipeline, conducting product demos, and closing deals with potential clients
Responsibilities

In your first 6-12 months:

  • Learn the Basics of Sales and Product Knowledge: Dive deep into understanding Optiply’s software, its features, and the value it brings to customers.
  • Master Prospecting: Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients by researching and identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
  • Hone Your Outreach Skills: Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers and spark interest in Optiply.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and understand how sales cycles unfold.
  • Track and Optimize: Use CRM tools to log activities, analyze data, and optimize approaches to deliver measurable results.
