Description
The Business Development team owns new customer acquisition across Qogita’s European markets - from first contact through to close. As an Account Executive, you will lead Qogita’s entry into the Polish market. You will be responsible for identifying the right prospects, engaging decision-makers, running discovery conversations, and closing the first deals. You won’t be handed a playbook - you will help create it. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership of a market from day one. * Market entry: Own Qogita’s commercial launch in Poland - from defining target customer profiles to securing the first deals and building the foundations for scale * Prospecting: Build and manage your pipeline end-to-end, identifying the right stakeholders and securing meetings with decision-makers * Discovery & closing: Run structured discovery conversations, understand customer needs, and move deals through to close with consistency * Proposition development: Shape messaging and outreach based on live market feedback and customer conversations * Playbook building: Turn early wins and losses into a repeatable go-to-market playbook for Poland and future expansion markets * Reporting: Report to the Head of Business Development on pipeline, learnings, and commercial performance * Fluent Polish and English - you will run customer conversations in Polish * 1–3 years of experience in a sales or commercial role (B2B preferred) * A track record of closing deals, with clear examples of how you’ve done it * Strong ability to navigate conversations, build trust, and influence decision-makers * Comfortable working in fast-moving, tech-driven environments with a high degree of autonomy * Curiosity, ownership, and a clear drive to build your career in commercial roles * Base salary: €33,100 – €41,550 + commission plan designed to reward strong performance * 26 days of annual leave + 4 personal days * Attractive equity package * Pension contributions * Annual learning & development budget * Office-led culture with hybrid flexibility * Dog-friendly offices * Home office setup package * Office socials and annual company-wide offsite
