Junior Account Manager (Admin, Customer Service or Sales Backgrounds Welcome) Bristol (Office-Based) Full-time · Permanent · Monday - Friday £26,000 per year+ bonuses About Us Business Show Media is part of one of the world’s largest business event series, delivering high-impact exhibitions that empower start-ups and SMEs across the globe. As we continue expanding our Bristol team, we’re looking to hire three ambitious Junior Account Managers to join our growing business. This is an excellent opportunity to break into events and client management — no previous industry experience required. Please note: One of the three successful candidates will relocate to our Toronto office after completing their initial training period in Bristol (within the first few months). The Role Based in our Bristol office, you’ll support exhibitors throughout their journey, ensuring they have everything they need for a successful event experience. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams while managing client relationships with confidence and professionalism. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based role. What You’ll Do Onboard new exhibitors via phone, email, and video calls Build and maintain ongoing client relationships Coordinate contracts, documentation, and deadlines Follow up on outstanding payments and invoices Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations Provide onsite support at major exhibitions (occasional UK travel required) What We’re Looking For Experience in administration, customer service, retail, or sales Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and strong organisational ability Proactive and confident, with a positive attitude Able to multitask and manage competing priorities Team-focused and eager to learn Open to international relocation (for the Toronto-based opportunity) No prior events experience needed — full training provided.
