About the role: Advidi is a fast-growing, Amsterdam-based affiliate network connecting performance marketers across the globe since 2012. As a Junior Account Manager, you will drive new partner acquisition - online and at international conferences - while developing and deepening relationships with your existing portfolio. More than a salesperson, you will act as a trusted growth partner to your affiliates, understanding their business, solving problems together, and delivering a level of service that earns long-term trust. The quality of that service is a direct reflection of how well you collaborate internally, how you prioritise, and how eagerly you keep learning. No prior affiliate marketing experience? No problem - we will fully train you. What we cannot teach is drive, curiosity, and a hunger to win. Bring those, and we will build the rest together. Responsibilities: Actively prospect and acquire new affiliate partners - through online outreach, industry forums, and international conferences. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your existing partner portfolio. Grow your book of business from the ground up, with support from senior colleagues. Analyse campaign ROI, traffic quality, and performance data to identify optimisation opportunities. Negotiate partnership terms that create sustainable, mutual value. Collaborate with internal teams - Data, Tech, Finance and Marketing - to deliver outstanding partner outcomes. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh opportunities to the table. Travel to and represent Advidi at major international affiliate conferences. Required skills: You will thrive here if you are: A natural hunter - you go after new business with confidence and persistence. Commercially driven - you look for opportunities and finalize them. Curious and analytical - you do not shy away from data and asking why. A strong communicator - equally comfortable in a cold DM and a conference booth conversation. A problem solver - you take the time to understand the root cause and don’t shy away from details. A team player - you thrive in a fast-changing environment. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Based in the Netherlands or actively relocating. Bonus points for: Familiarity with affiliate or tracking platforms (Everflow, Cake, Tune, Voluum or similar). A background in digital marketing, advertising, business development, or sales. Knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, or online media. Experience networking at industry events or conferences. What we offer?
