You will form part of our Client Experience team and report through to the Operations Manager to drive seamless end to end outcomes for your client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver end to end client requirements for specific events and production projects.
  • Own the retention and potential growth of our industry partners with a defined portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with your key clients and manage all aspects of a particular ‘job’ including but not limited to: Film productions and community events across Sydney.
  • Outbound Sales calls to existing and archived clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Gather feedback on how we are doing by reaching out regularly to hear client thoughts, challenges and how we can do it better!
  • Comply with relevant legislation, company policies and procedures through training, assessment and monitoring programs. This includes; regular training on sales and account management techniques, CATO services and processes.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure client requirements relating to location services are being met.
  • Act as an internal point of escalation for post-engagement related client queries.
  • Quoting and invoicing for all jobs assigned to you.
  • Support various department managers in the day to day.
  • Input bookings into our system and support the allocation of shifts when required.
  • Operational requirements in scheduling and logistics dependent on job and client needs.
  • This role is considered a hybrid role which brings together account management and operational process requirements.
