This role owns day-to-day coordination for assigned accounts—gathering requirements, maintaining budgets and timelines, ensuring quality of deliverables, and moving work smoothly through the internal workflow. PTO and paid U.S. holidays 💼 Responsibilities: Serve as the day-to-day business owner for assigned accounts, managing budgets, internal communication, and quality control of deliverables. Translate client needs into actionable tasks by understanding project architecture, estimates, and workflow. Maintain current knowledge of each client’s industry, consumers, and competitive landscape to inform internal teams. Ensure work moves on time through the process: attend client meetings, capture details, and follow up to obtain required inputs. Support senior account leaders by monitoring timelines, documenting scope/SOW details, and responding to client emails. Keep visibility across multiple accounts simultaneously, flagging risks and facilitating issue resolution. 💡 Qualifications: 2+ years of Account Management experience, including experience within a marketing agency. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience. Experience drafting client proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs). Demonstrated success managing clients through complex projects and workflows.
