This role is focused on building strong relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a consistently high level of service.   •  2+ years of experience in account management, customer support, or sales support   •  Proven ability to deliver reliable, high-quality results in a client-facing role   •  Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset   •  Experience in IT, hardware/software, or solution-based environments is an advantage   •  Native Malay, good level of English (B2+)   •  Comfortable working with systems and data, with an interest in learning new tools   •  Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment   •  Detail-oriented, organized, and resilient in problem-solving situations   •  Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of existing corporate clients   •  Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients are supported and informed   •  Understand client needs and provide relevant solutions and guidance   •  Coordinate internally with local and international teams to support client requests   •  Oversee the order process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery   •  Maintain and organize client data, tracking activity and identifying opportunities   •  Support a smooth client experience by working closely with Client Support global team At Markit, you’ll be part of a mission-driven company where your contribution matters.
