JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION

We are currently interviewing for a junior account manager position. We seek applicants with at least 2-years of experience in client relations and account management. Your expertise is highly valued and will be a significant asset to our team. Applicants must also be self-motivated and comfortable working within a team environment. Our account managers must have experience working directly with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in client relations and account management
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and work with clients in face-to-face settings
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records of client interactions and project details
• Experience in coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
• Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
