ABOUT THE POSITION:

Mason Technologies is a trusted leader in technology infrastructure, specializing in structured cabling, AV systems, and low-voltage solutions across the New York metro area. With an expanding portfolio in both the education and commercial construction sectors, we’re seeking a proactive and driven Junior Account Manager to support client growth and project delivery. This new Account Manager role is designed to directly support the Director of Partner Development in managing and growing client relationships with Health Care providers, Government agencies, Tech Firms, Financial Institutions, Higher Education partners, and beyond. The role will be key in maintaining high-touch client service, organizing internal workflows, and ensuring long-term account success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales coordination, or project support; preferably in the construction, low-voltage, or commercial/education contracting industries.
  • Familiarity with construction timelines, permitting cycles, and procurement processes (public & private sector).
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills are a must-have for excelling in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms like ConnectWise, Salesforce etc., Microsoft Office, and construction tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple active accounts and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel locally to Long Island and NYC job sites when required.
    Salary Range: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year + split commission

Responsibilities
  • Act as the daily point of contact for assigned education and commercial construction accounts.
  • Assist the Director of Partner Development with estimating, proposals, RFP responses, and contract documentation while working toward taking on accounts of your own to manage and maintain.
  • Track multiple project timelines and job progress across school and commercial sites.
  • Communicate project updates, service changes, and schedules to clients.
  • Collaborate with project managers, field staff, and operations to ensure jobs remain on schedule.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth or additional services within existing contracts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and key deliverables.
  • Attend site visits and walkthroughs as needed.
