JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our client a leading FMCG company who have been going from strength to strength over the past few years and have invested heavily in their staff and facilities and as such are now seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their sales team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Act as a contact for the customers regarding orders, queries and issues
· Negotiate and agree prices with customers, building long lasting relationships
· Working as part of a customer facing team to call out and meet customers
· Liaise between all relevant departments within the business regarding customer orders.
· Liaise with production to make sure customer orders are being met to spec and on time
· Liaise with shipping team to make sure orders are going out on time.
· Management and communication of relevant KPIs.
· Utilisation and control of data on relevant customer information management systems.
· Conduct product checks and inspections and report accordingly.
· Maintain and update relevant retail price lists & communicate such to the business.
· Keep up to date with current market trends
