JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities through previous roles or projects.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing client accounts by maintaining regular communication and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to develop tailored strategies that meet client needs and drive sales growth.
  • Analyse account performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilise software to track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of all account activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings and client reviews, showcasing account performance and proposed strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the account management team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our services.
