OurCrowd is looking for a driven, curious, and articulate Junior Account Manager to join our global Investor Relations team. You will connect with accredited investors and introduce them to the world of venture capital, startups, and alternative investing.
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing accredited investors, drive engagement through personalized outreach, targeted updates, and strategic follow-ups to re-engage interest, provide exceptional service, and deepen long-term commitments to OurCrowd’s exclusive opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in client services or financial services (startups, VC, funds, or investor relations a plus)
• Fluent in English (read/write/speak) - required
• Salesforce experience - advantage
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels
• Salesloft proficiency - advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving
• A genuine curiosity for business, finance, and innovation
• Resilience and a positive, team-focused attitude

The annual pay range for this role is $50,000–$70,000 CAD, excluding any additional compensation. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s individual experience and skill set.
