Description OurCrowd is seeking a curious, driven, and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our global Investor Relations team. This role is ideal for someone eager to break into the world of venture capital and alternative investing. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Managers, helping to build relationships with new investors, drive engagement through targeted outreach, and support the team in growing OurCrowd’s investor community. This is a full-time hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week in our Jerusalem or Tel Aviv office. At OurCrowd, you’ll immerse yourself in Israel’s dynamic startup and innovation landscape, gaining real exposure to venture capital while shaping the future of global tech investing. Responsibilities Clearly articulate OurCrowd’s unique value proposition to prospective investors. Serve as the first point of contact for new investor prospects. Proactively engage warm leads through calls, emails, and targeted campaigns. Schedule discovery calls and coordinate meetings for Account Managers. Qualify and track leads to ensure a seamless handoff to the team. Build and manage outreach lists, monitor activity, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. Strive to consistently meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs. Partner with Account Managers to streamline workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements Native-level English (read/write/speak)– Required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field – Required. Prior experience with outreach, lead generation, or working in financial services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce and/or Salesloft experience - Advantage Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Resilient, curious, and motivated by achieving goals individually and as part of a team.
