Description

THE POSITION:

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the management of accounts, provide dedicated support to an Account Executive, and help grow a client portfolio. You will collaborate with both internal teams and clients to provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction. At the start, the role will also include up to 25% Professional Administrative Support.
Location: Port Washington, NY

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a client-first mentality.
· Prior experience in account management, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

· Assist in the management of client accounts and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
· Support with client meetings, presentations, and campaign strategies.
· Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, including preparing reports for client meetings, recording minutes of client meetings, and maintaining client records.
· Administrative tasks may also include client gifts, post-office and scanning and copying of corporate files.
· Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Identify opportunities for account growth and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
· Assist in creating competitive and accurate proposals by utilizing various tools, including historical data, and leveraging the right mix of internal and external resources.
· Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads.
· Regular outreach to prospects and current clients, specifically focusing on open and future opportunities.
