Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Junior Account Manager plays a key role in strengthening client relationships, supporting the sales process, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. This position collaborates closely with the sales team to manage key operational tasks—including coordinating quotes and purchase orders, overseeing the sales inbox, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
In addition to operational support, the Junior Account Manager will contribute to relationship-building efforts by participating in customer meetings, assisting with proposal development, managing support tickets, and generating reports. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is eager to grow within a sales-driven team.
