We’re now looking for a confident, capable Junior Account Manager to join our team and lead on high-profile client accounts with a particular focus on digital campaigns, content and B2B social media management. This is a key role within our client team and is ideal for someone with B2B agency experience.

We are seeking someone who can manage multiple stakeholders in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in and knowledge of digital marketing, demonstrate high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, strong copywriting capabilities, and the ability to manage their own schedule.

  • A-Level or Degree

Experience:

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a client-facing position, combining account management with the development and execution of digital marketing strategies. You will be part of client teams and take ownership of a small portfolio of clients - leading campaign delivery, developing strategic content, and supporting long-term growth – and play a crucial role in creating innovative and engaging online content to boost client engagement, follower growth and website traffic.
You will collaborate closely with Account Directors and Managers, and Marketing Executives to help ensure client campaigns are both cohesive and effective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Digital strategy collaboration: Work alongside Account Directors, Account Managers and Marketing Executives to craft and execute digital strategies.
  • Social management: Create and manage innovative social media content and campaigns, tailoring each post to specific platforms and audiences.
  • Content creation & management: Oversee the timely updating and optimisation of digital content.
    · Account leadership
    · Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, with day-to-day responsibility for performance, delivery, and reporting.
    · Communications: Lead meetings, updates and reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.

· Relationship building: Develop a deep understanding of client needs and establish strong relationships with key client personnel to enhance communication and marketing effectiveness.

  • Client support: Handle routine tasks like account administration and planner coordination, ensuring all client details, briefs, communications, and marketing plans are organised and up to date.
  • Media distribution: Oversee the distribution and monitoring of press releases, ensuring maximised brand visibility and media coverage.
  • Media relations: Drive media relations activity, building strong relationships with key trade media.
  • Event support: Assist in the planning, promotion, and administrative support of events, providing monitoring and analysis to ensure smooth execution.
  • Market intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends through competitive research and benchmarking.
  • SEO & analytics: Collaborate with the SEO Manager to conduct regular SEO audits and keyword research. Work closely with Account Managers to utilise data-driven insights for the continuous improvement and optimisation of future marketing strategies.
  • Email marketing: Manage the execution and analysis of email campaigns.
  • Performance analysis: Conduct reviews of marketing campaign effectiveness, delivering reports with actionable insights. Analyse results and report on campaign success, making data-led recommendations for improvement.
  • Graphics development: Take the lead in crafting creative social media graphics and other visual elements, utilising basic design skills. When more complex design tasks arise, collaborate with design specialists to enhance skills and ensure high-quality creative output.
  • Process management: Diligently follow established operational and client management processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in work.
