For more information, visit WPP.com. The Role: WPP Production is looking for a Junior Integrated Account Manager to join our Dubai team to further inspire our clients and agency partners. Applicants must be based in the UAE. Junior Account Manager Responsibilities: Day to day contact for agency/ client stakeholders and WPP Production internal departments Coordination between Project/ Transcreation Management, WPP Production, client and agencies Respond to information requests from the Senior Account Manager or Account Directors Strive to better client and stakeholder relations Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Print, Transcreation & Broadcast Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery Demonstrate clear understanding of the brand Highlight and escalate quality control issues Distribute contact reports and agendas Manage agreed budgets and administration Prepare accurate cost estimates against the Rate Card for AD approval Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function Support the AD in supplying client management information and reporting Qualifications: 3+ years of agency experience Experience of working in a production agency, print, TVC and digital production role essential High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets Strong numeracy skills Prioritization, time management and attention to detail Resilience and ability to work under pressure Fluent oral and written English essential, Arabic nice to have. Responsibilities

Act as the primary day-to-day contact for agency and client stakeholders while coordinating between internal production departments. Manage client campaigns from planning to delivery, including budget administration and financial reporting.
