Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AS ACCOUNT MANAGER

As one of the top resellers for monday.com in EMEA, we are growing our team to better support our portfolio of existing customers. You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to grow our client base. With access to powerful content like whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and events modern tooling, and the support of the Channel team at our vendor monday.com, you’ll be set up for success with autonomy to shape your own approach. This role is not about cold calling but nourishing already existing relationships.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Building trusted relationships with clients in your portfolio
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities at existing customers
  • Preparing quotations and commercial proposals
  • Understanding monday.com and Xebia’s offering and how it fits your customers’ needs
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success to bring more value to your clients and accelerate growth
  • Organizing Executive Business Reviews with customers
  • Handling contract renewals
  • Staying organized and data-informed using modern CRM tools
  • Managing the full sales process from identifying an opportunity to closing the deal
