This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in account management, customer engagement, and strategic business communication. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and senior representatives to ensure account satisfaction and consistent results. Responsibilities Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring all needs and expectations are met Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication Support the implementation of customized account strategies Conduct market research and generate client reports Coordinate with internal departments to meet client objectives Track account performance metrics and report updates to senior managers Resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously build skills Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM platforms No prior account management experience required – full training provided Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary between $57,000 and $63,000 annually Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced account managers Dynamic and supportive team culture Consistent weekday schedule (Monday to Friday) Paid time off and company-recognized holidays
