In this role, you will assist in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting the execution of key projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to build meaningful relationships while contributing to our company’s continued growth. Responsibilities Support the Account Management team in day-to-day client communications and project coordination. Maintain accurate client records and track progress across multiple accounts. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client reports. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery. Contribute to team goals by supporting business development and client retention efforts. Qualifications Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
