In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while assisting in the management of their accounts. As a Junior Account Representative, you will be responsible for supporting senior account managers in daily operations, ensuring exceptional client service, and contributing to the overall success of our account management team. Responsibilities Assist senior account managers in managing client accounts and service delivery. Communicate regularly with clients to address inquiries and provide updates on account status. Support the development of proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings. Research and gather data on industry trends to provide insights to clients and team members. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activities. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Desire to learn and grow within the account management field.
