Responsibilities Support senior representatives in managing client accounts and communications. Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and account reports. Ensure client requests and inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Track account performance and identify opportunities for improvements or growth. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver excellent client service. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
