Responsibilities Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term business relationships. Support the development and execution of client service strategies to ensure satisfaction and retention. Prepare and deliver account reports, performance updates, and client communications. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of client projects. Identify opportunities for process improvements and client growth. Handle inquiries professionally and provide timely solutions to client needs Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management preferred. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
