The Junior Account Representative will work closely with senior team members to understand client needs, assist in developing tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships. Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide product or service information. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients under supervision. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account progress using CRM software. Follow up with clients promptly to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
