Responsibilities Assist in managing and nurturing client accounts with professionalism and care. Support senior representatives in developing client strategies and presentations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions. Prepare and maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation. Conduct research to identify client needs and contribute to tailored proposals. Provide exceptional customer service while building rapport and long-term trust. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to quickly learn internal systems. A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow professionally. Prior internship or entry-level experience in client services or account management is a plus.
