Responsibilities Assist with managing and nurturing client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Support the preparation and delivery of account updates, reports, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Conduct market research and identify opportunities to support account growth. Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activities. Provide administrative and operational support to senior account managers. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in client service, sales, or account management (internships considered). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
