Responsibilities Support account managers with daily client communications and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records, reports, and account documentation. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and service materials. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely project execution. Monitor client needs and provide updates to management to enhance service delivery. Contribute to account strategies and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensure a professional, organized, and solution-focused approach to all assigned tasks. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
