Responsibilities Assist the senior account team with daily client communications to ensure timely responses and issue resolution. Maintain and update accurate client records and sales documentation within the CRM system. Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to present to clients. Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs and project deadlines. Help monitor client accounts for billing and payment follow-ups. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
