We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, and supporting day-to-day business operations. QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow

  Pay: $49,144.55 - $59,184.84 per year

• Assist with the management of client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Support senior account representatives with daily account activities
• Help prepare account reports, presentations, and client updates
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for account growth and retention
