Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Handle petty cash and prepare related reports.
  • Assist in VAT calculations and compliance.

HR & Administrative Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure document compliance.
  • Support in preparing HR-related letters, contracts, and reports.
  • Handle attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting and HR functions. UAE experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
