Count On Me is a professional services firm that focuses on providing high quality services to its clients in an outsourced CFO style. We are inviting a self-driven individual to assist our CFOs to manage their client’s portfolio. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of tasks and problems to support international businesses, as well as being involved to other internal commercial matters and corporate secretary type of tasks. Tasks Reporting directly to the Accountants, understanding the business models of each assigned clients, the duties and responsibilities are: Assist in producing the full set of accounts by keying in transactions in the accounting system, updating balance sheet reconciliations, prepare analysis and reports. Assists the team with the monthly preparation of payroll activities from reviewing the data in the payroll software, to generate reports and schedules. Assist the Accountants with company secretary activities for the assigned clients portfolio from reviewing of profiles, maintain their data in our databases and perform KYC (Know your clients) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) related admin tasks. Assist with the preparation of GST quarterly reports for the Accountant's review Assist with the preparaiton of Year End tasks such as the compilation of Unaudited Financial Reports and XBRL files Work on any other ad-hoc requests from clients as included in the agreed scope. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (e.g., debits, credits, journal entries, ledgers). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) and other Microsoft Office Suite applications. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
