POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliations for a portfolio of approximately 50 store locations. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with AP/AR, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s degree preferred (not required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

• Work closely with Senior Accountants who handles general ledger work for the portfolio
• Manage day-to-day:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Weekly and daily cash reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Assist with bank reconciliations and accruals over time
• Support monthly and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
