Job Description Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager Benelux and working closely together with our experienced internal Accountant, you will provide a high standard support for finance operations, ensuring that all administrative needs are being satisfied. Your Tasks: Execute monthly, quarterly and year end financial closing together with our internal and external Accountant. Run the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and prepare and submit CBS and Intrastat disclosures. Check and control travel expenses to ensure compliance with local and internal regulations. Execute G/L accounting for both P&L and B/S, prepare and book accruals, pre-payments and journal entries in our SAP ERP system. Data management and maintenance (incl. archiving) in our SAP and CRM systems. Oversee company lease car pool operations, including maintaining accurate records of fuel usage, vehicle assignments for employees, and managing contract renewals and related documentation. Administer IT asset inventory, coordinating the allocation, setup, maintenance, and return of IT equipment for employees — including preparing and configuring laptops for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding in close collaboration with HR. Work closely together with other teams like Sales Support, Marketing and HR and provide ad hoc support where needed. Qualifications HBO/MBO+ degree in accounting/business administration or similar (WO/academic nice to have but not mandatory) Relevant working experience in administration and bookkeeping, and sound knowledge of relevant accounting standards (Dutch GAAP) and affinity with IFRS Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP-ERP is desired. Accuracy and structure orientated, analytical mindset with high level of attention to detail. Ability to look through processes and identify areas for improvement with problem solving attitude.
