Maintain the Payment Request Form (PRF) workflow to ensure all payments are verified before management approval. Manage petty cash replenishment and audit club-level expenses for compliance. Accounts Receivable & Revenue Reconciliation Reconcile Daily Sales Reports (DSR) from various clubs against bank inflows. Assist in monitoring and reconciling member payments and PT (Personal Training) session records maintained in the system/Excel. Track and reconcile inventory movements (key fobs and merchandise) across all locations. Tax Compliance & Documentation Cleanup Prepare data for bi-monthly VAT filings (Form 401) and monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) filings. Assist in rectifying legacy documentation, including organizing historical vouchers and ensuring all contracts/utility bills are updated with correct entity details. Coordinate with external accounting firms for statutory audits and tax reporting. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience. Experience in multi-outlet retail, fitness industries, or accounting firms is highly preferred. Skills: Strong understanding of Taiwan’s VAT and Withholding Tax regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is mandatory for data reconciliation.
