Description Our client is a leading industrial services organization that supports major infrastructure, construction, energy, mining, and environmental projects across North America. Their operations are fast-paced, project-driven, and focused on safety, operational excellence, environmental stewardship, and customer service. The finance team is looking to add a Junior Accountant who is eager to build a long-term career in accounting and finance while gaining exposure to high-volume transactions and large-scale business operations. Requirements 1 year accounting related experience (AP/AR/data entry) Undergraduate degree: Accounting, finance, economics, business administration Intermediate excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables Large ERP experience (SAP, D365, Oracle, NetSuite) Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with account reconciliations and month-end activities. Review, validate, and investigate discrepancies in financial data. Generate and maintain Excel-based reports and analysis. Support ERP system maintenance and data integrity initiatives. Assist with financial audits and documentation requests. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions. Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements. Provide administrative and accounting support to the broader finance team. What's In It For You?
