You will be working as part of a team within a fast-paced, fun, challenging and creative environment in order to achieve team-oriented goals. Reporting to the Accounting Manager the role will involve being responsible for the full accounts payable cycle. What you'll be doing: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports. Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Prepare journal entries and assist with posting to the general ledger. Support audits by providing necessary documentation. Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned. What you'll need to be successful: Must haves: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–2 years of accounting experience. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Nice to have: Experience with Great Plains of Microsoft.
