As a bookkeeper you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation of the finance department for diverse portfolio of small businesses.

Your role will see you:

• Carry out the accounts payable function including invoice entry, supplier statement reconciliation, and the creation of batch payments.
• Carry out the accounts receivable function, create and send invoices to customers and third parties.
• Reconcile accounts, including bank and credit cards.
• Process payroll.
• Assist with the preparation of Business / Instalment Activity Statements (BAS / IAS)
• Assist with the preparation of management reports.
