Duties May Include:

• Variance analysis, control and costing.
• Monitoring of purchase variances
• Sales / Use / Payroll Tax
• Internal / Divisional reporting
• Maintain, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts and activities ensuring each account has proper documentation and complies with GAAP
• Accounts Receivable / Payables
• Contribute to the year-end audit process.
• Assistance with system enhancements and implementations

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• 2–4-year Degree in Accounting from an accredited program
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Inventory (willing to train)
• Microsoft Word & Excel
• Microsoft Dynamic GP (willing to train)
• Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and have strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to problem solve, identify discrepancies and make recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Self-Driven, Organized, Analytical Minded, Fast-Learner
