We are seeking a proactive and skilled Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of finance experience, preferably with exposure to the USA market. This role demands expertise in financial software like Odoo, Zoho, and Oracle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
• 2-3years relevant experience, preferably with US market exposure(Additional)
• Proficiency in financial systems such as Odoo, Zoho, Oracle
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work night shifts aligned with US hours

• Oversee daily accounting and finance operations
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Handle budgeting, cash flow, and expense management
• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal departments
• Use ERP/accounting software including Odoo, Zoho, Oracle
• Support USA-based financial operations and reporting
