We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. The person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate companies.

• Perform full-cycle accounting for holdings and PropCos from data entry to annual financial statements, payments, and communication with external providers and tax advisors.
• Manage full process for including consolidation, internal and tax invoices, and other related tasks using SAP.
• Work closely with property managers to ensure the accuracy of PropCo accounting.
• Ensure that all financial operations are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Gradually take on more complex portfolios as you gain experience.
