We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our tax & accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the field or a related degree is preferred, but not required. We are mainly looking for someone motivated to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in financial concepts and practices within the financial services industry.
• Experience with journal entries, regulatory reporting, and corporate finance tasks.
• Knowledge of accounting software is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports.
• Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close processes.
• Support governmental accounting practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in regulatory reporting and assist with audits as needed.
• Utilize accounting software for data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze financial concepts and provide insights for corporate finance decisions.
• Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
