Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
  • Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support financial auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Utilize accounting software Acumatica, and Quickbooks
  • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and assist in resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
