You will be part of the Business Finance team and work closely with the Senior and Financial Accountant to ensure timely and quality deliverables. The Finance department consists of 8 people.

Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial data and reconciliation for reporting and tax filing.

• Take full ownership of AP operations, including (but not limited to) creditor management, invoice processing, bank/credit card reconciliation, cash disbursement and process improvement
• Ensure correct VAT recording, able to review and consolidate VAT for all entities and make preparation for quarter VAT filing
• Be the main contact for supplier and other teams regarding invoices and payments
• Assist in month-end procedures such as accruals, depreciations and balance sheet reconciliation
• Assist in team-level projects
